Steve's career started in 1992 at his family owned company, ABC Gas Repair. He transitioned to Vice President and shareholder at ABC Home Services - a Conway Family Business Center award winner and an unshakable name in home services in the Greater Columbus Area - which he helped to successfully lead until 2017 when they attracted the eye of IGS Energy, who acquired them and brought him on as the claims Manager of the Home Warranty product, which he developed.

He has lived a lifetime contracting/mechanical services industry and has over 15 years managing repair claims for home warranty companies. 

He has always been able to serve the customers’ policy claims needs and has a keen understanding of both the business needs of a company and where they can - at times - clash with a customers expectations.

He will pass along the skills he has honed at resolving customer complaints and issues and keeping upset customers from asking for a manager or the owner.  His goal is that your contractors spend less time resolving problems and that you save money by not having to throw money at a problem to make it go away.

Steve brings sales, customer service and business development expertise to any organization. 

My management strategy will always be to lead by example. Customer Service is always a sales opportunity; a strategy, never improvised.
